Bei der \u00dcbergabe kontrollieren Sie gemeinsam, ob\u00a0<strong>Damage in the apartment<\/strong>\u00a0vorhanden sind. Alle Sch\u00e4den werden im \u00dcbergabeprotokoll festgehalten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen dann mit den Vermietenden entscheiden, welche Sch\u00e4den behoben werden sollen. Beide Parteien unterschreiben zum Schluss das Protokoll. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie eine Kopie aufbewahren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es kann sein, dass Sie nach dem Einzug noch weitere Sch\u00e4den finden. Erstellen Sie dann direkt eine\u00a0<strong>detaillierte Liste mit allen M\u00e4ngeln<\/strong>, die Sie den Vermietenden schicken.
